If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy for you.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You can request a return or exchange if:

You received the wrong product, wrong size, or a defective item.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Tags and packaging must be intact.
2. Time Limit

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Used or washed products

Items with perfume, stains, or damage caused after delivery

Sale or discounted items (exchange only, no refunds)
4. Exchange Process

Order number

Issue (wrong size, wrong item, defect, etc.)

Pictures of the product

Our team will verify your request.

You will ship the product back to us via courier.

Once received and inspected, we will send the replacement item.
5. Return & Refund Process

Refunds are issued only in case of damaged or wrong products.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund method: Bank transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa (choose one to include).

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchange Charges

Customer will pay Rs. 200 for exchange shipping unless the mistake is from our side.

If we sent the wrong or defective item, we will cover all shipping costs.
7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—only exchange.
